Track Layout and Rules

The Chicago Street Course is a 2.2-mile (3.5-kilometer) street circuit located in Grant Park. The track features 12 turns, with a mix of high-speed straightaways and tight corners. Drivers will have to navigate a variety of surfaces, including asphalt, concrete, and brick.

For the NASCAR Cup Series race, the rules will be similar to those used at other road course events. Cars will be equipped with special tires designed for road racing, and the race will be divided into three stages. The first stage will be 25 laps, the second stage will be 35 laps, and the final stage will be 50 laps.
